I love good food. However, more than the taste being a priority, I appreciate healthy foods. I will share some of my favorite foods that I have redesigned to be healthy but will still taste delicious. One of my favorite physicians, Dr. Helen Powell-Stoddart, author of the book ‘Reverse It! and who is also an advocate for good health always says, “You Don’t have to sacrifice taste for health.” I have learned how to redesign some fatty favorites for healthy choices.
